Highly efficient 5kW shaft drive and ePanda Series 8.0 launched to UK recreational boating market at The South Coast and Green Tech Show
Fischer Panda UK, has announced that the new, efficient ePanda Series 8.0, comprising a new 5kW electric shaft drive, will make its UK debut at The South Coast and Green Tech Boat Show. This latest advancement in electric power technology from Fischer Panda, has been developed in response to a strong demand for complete and efficient power solutions for low-powered recreational craft.
This ePanda Series 8.0 unit will be the first product to hit the UK recreational marine market from this new range and includes the newly developed 5 kW shaft drive. The air-cooled drive, which forms a fixed unit with the inverter, is brushless, sensorless and features permanent magnet technology. This makes it a low-maintenance, extremely efficient drive, weighing only 22 kg.
